Mercy Route Cleanup + Skippable Death Scene
UPDATES / BUGFIXES:
+ Added an "skip death screen" toggle to the settings menu to automatically respawn the player upon death, speeding up the gameplay loop. Thanks geo from the tigsource forums for the suggestion!
- Improved consistency of the white shirt hallway enemy and his armored kitchen variant interrupting their "prepare an attack" animations upon receiving damage in the mercy route. What a mouthful. Thanks Dannielle for pointing this out.
- Improved consistency of fire damage to enemies for the mercy route. Thanks CJ for pointing this out.
- Improved consistency of "Stats" window in settings menu.

- Pixel Perfect Camera rollout
- Input banking, especially Jump inputs for coyote time on platforming elements and during movement locked animations such as attacks and parries.
